Editplus - A very usefull text editor that has syntax highlighting for a number of different file types (HTML, Java and heaps more)

WinDirStatr - Very slick disk usage statistics viewer. Easily shows you what files are taking up all the room on your hard drives!
VLC Media Player - Very useful free media player that plays pretty much any media file format you can throw at it. Also works for all major platforms.
GExperts - A Free Delphi IDE Expert I couldn't do without. Heaps of handy utilties to make my programming life a lot eaiser.
Getright - The application I use for normal downloading from the web. scheduling, automattic downloading, options to turn off the computer when finished etc...
PrimoPDF - Free application I use to create PDF files. Installs as a printer onto your computer, so you can create PDF files from any application.
AVG Free - Free Antivirus application I use to protect my computer (along side Zone Alarm Pro). Works for both Windows and LInux.
7-Zip - Free application to create and extract zip or 7z files (plus more archive formats). Better than Winzip cause its free and faster!
Process Explorer - Free application from Sysinternals which can replace taskmanager in windows. Very useful to find problems on computers. Get it while you still can because Microsoft has bought Sysinternals, so who knows how long it will be available!
